And things have come to pass

And I am here at last

And you are here with me

But now things aren’t what they used to be

Oh how the years have gone

And now we’ve come undone

You meant so much to me

But now things aren’t what they used to be

I remember you

And all the things we used to do

Didn’t you once hold my hand?

Then I lost you in the shifting sands

Now what’s your name?

I once knew your name

It was the loveliest of names

MOACSM has been around for roughly around 10 years.

Back then, the only original song they had was ‘Royal’. They would cover songs of the  Red Hot Chili Peppers, Weezer, Dambuilders, Foo Fighters, etc. during live performances. The members would have share drinks and exchange stories, until they were able to write more original music. Eventually though, they came to love hanging out more than playing music.

Michael Diez is the only founding member left. He was introduced to Amiel Bague in 2006. He became the permanent drummer then. Bague is also a member of Daisy Singko. After MOACSM briefly disbanded in 2008, Diez was contacted by Bague in 2009, saying Daisy Singko’s guitarist Alvin Sioco wanted to play bass for the group. Realizing he misses playing, Diez scheduled a jam. That same year, MOACSM resurfaced and played in that year’s UP Fair. After that they find themselves writing new songs and making concrete plans for the future.

They are currently recording materials for a full length album due to come out later this year.
